I’m a man in my early 20’s, living with my family in Ross-on-Wye. I have Down Syndrome and need support to keep as independent as possible. I enjoy walks in the woods, swimming, shopping, the gym, and a pub lunch. I have many activities during the week and am keen to improve life skills, particularly using buses to travel to Hereford and other local places to meet friends.
I volunteer in a charity shop, and you would occasionally help me there.
Your role will be to support me to attend the activities described above and, when out, to help me with life skills and maintaining safety.
