Adults Senior Practitioner needed for South Locality Team in Herefordshire paying upto £32.67ph

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to support our Adults South Locality Team. This role focuses on working with adults in the community, providing high-quality social work practice and leadership support within the team.

Previous experience in adult social care is essential, along with the confidence to manage complex work and support practitioners effectively.

• Provide professional leadership and line management within the team
• Support and guide work with adults, their carers, and partner agencies using a person-centred, strengths-based approach
• Undertake supervision, case reviews, and staff development
• Monitor caseloads and ensure high standards of professional practice
• Manage and oversee complex cases, holding a small caseload as required
• Lead and contribute to Adult Safeguarding Enquiries Support court work, duty management, and team decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely recording on management information systems
