Group Accountant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Group Accountant to join a growing, private equity-backed group. This is a senior role with responsibility for group reporting, statutory compliance and cash management. This role offers exposure to consolidation, treasury, and management reporting within a dynamic international environment.

• Prepare group consolidation reports and support the monthly reporting cycle
• Consolidate the weekly cash flow forecast providing clear analysis and commentary on variances and key movements
• Manage treasury activities
• Maintain accounting for parent and holding companies and prepare management accounts
• Oversee the capital expenditure approval process and provide analysis of monthly spend
• Support ad hoc projects and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes

• Strong accounting knowledge, with experience in group reporting or consolidation
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact across multiple entities
