What You’ll Do- Assist in writing, editing and developing clear, persuasive bid and tender responses.
- Work closely with the Bid Supervisor to learn bid‑writing best practice, structure and compliance requirements.
- Review tender documents to understand client questions, requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Help gather and organise information from internal teams to support high‑quality written submissions.
- Support the preparation, formatting and submission of tender documents and proposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to ensure bids are accurate and consistent.
- Maintain bid records and provide administrative support throughout the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop an understanding of industry standards, client expectations and market trends to strengthen future bids.
- A strong writer – with a natural flair for written communication and an ability to adapt tone and style.
- Detail‑focused – able to produce accurate, well‑structured and polished written content.
- Proactive and eager to learn – motivated, curious and keen to develop new skills.
- Organised – able to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A team player – comfortable working collaboratively and taking guidance from experienced colleagues.
