• Assist in writing, editing and developing clear, persuasive bid and tender responses.
• Work closely with the Bid Supervisor to learn bid‑writing best practice, structure and compliance requirements.
• Review tender documents to understand client questions, requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Help gather and organise information from internal teams to support high‑quality written submissions.
• Support the preparation, formatting and submission of tender documents and proposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to ensure bids are accurate and consistent.
• Maintain bid records and provide administrative support throughout the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop an understanding of industry standards, client expectations and market trends to strengthen future bids.

• A strong writer – with a natural flair for written communication and an ability to adapt tone and style.
• Detail‑focused – able to produce accurate, well‑structured and polished written content.
• Proactive and eager to learn – motivated, curious and keen to develop new skills.
• Organised – able to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A team player – comfortable working collaboratively and taking guidance from experienced colleagues.
