a difference as a Resourcing Systems Administrator

At PGL Beyond, we’re all about creating unforgettable learning and adventure experiences for young people – and our people are at the heart of it. We’re looking for a detail‑driven Resourcing Systems Administrator to help us deliver an exceptional applicant journey from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll support the Resourcing Systems Analyst to keep our Cornerstone platform running smoothly. From building application and onboarding workflows to maintaining accurate data and generating reports, you’ll make sure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll also be the go‑to person for system queries, troubleshooting, and helping the team get the most out of our tools.

If you’re organised, tech‑savvy, and love making processes better, this is your chance to play a key part in shaping the future of our recruitment experience.

Is this you?
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Understanding of GDPR and experience handling confidential information
  • Confident IT skills, especially in Excel – able to create reports using basic formulas and formatting

Useful but not essential:

  • Knowledge of PGL locations and our recruitment processes
  • Experience using Cornerstone HR systems
