Delivery Driver - Non-CDL – U.S. Auto Force

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent retailers, repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position is Monday‑Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (or until all deliveries are completed). Schedules may change due to business needs and may require overtime.

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds (or other vehicle) on assigned routes, completing 10‑20 deliveries per day.
• Complete and maintain accurate records and logs, including driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other required documentation.
• Make on‑time deliveries to customer locations safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Lift up to 80 pounds; utilize mechanical equipment or team lifts for heavier loads.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when needed.
• Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day, with possible overtime.
• Use a handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled and record data.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Successful completion of the company road test by a qualified assessor.
• Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts, as required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when required.

Employees must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 80 lbs, and exert pushing forces up to 40 lbs. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. Work may involve exposure to weather, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.
