Location:

Trailer Shop, 2500 County Road C W, Saint Paul, MN 55113, USA

• Perform scheduled maintenance and advanced repairs on straight truck and trailer refrigeration units
• Diagnose and repair complex reefer electrical and cooling systems
• Provide mobile, on-site service at customer and company locations
• Practice safe work habits while following all Koch Companies policies and procedures
• Read and interpret service manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Communicate repair needs, parts requests, and estimates to leadership
• Accurately document inspections, maintenance, and repair work

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration maintenance and repair experience, including relevant certifications
• Ability to independently complete advanced refrigeration repairs
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as part of a mobile service role

• 5+ years of truck or trailer refrigeration experience, especially diagnostics and cooling systems
• Valid CDL A or CDL B license

• Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex refrigeration systems
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and wiring repair skills in mobile conditions
• Solid understanding of federal and state DOT inspection and repair standards
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize service calls independently
• Clear communication skills and comfort working closely with managers and teammates

Shift: Monday – Friday from 07:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Range: $35.00 - $37.00+ /hr (commensurate with experience) + Mobile Premium
