Overview
Roseville Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our ministry staff.
20 hours per week, M-F, flexible schedule, with On-Call for evening and weekend emergencies.
$21-24 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Current boiler license is required (Low Pressure)
- Accredited Classes or 5 years of experience in service and repair to HVAC equipment and systems required
- Operation and repair of AC and DC controls, motors, general knowledge of wiring breaker panels
- Driver's license and vehicle
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry and General Building Repairs
- Able to work closely with staff and volunteers
- Very flexible hours
