On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2101) s role is On-Demand with flexible scheduling and shift-based opportunities.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour

• Deliver a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by following the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in finding products, answering questions, and solving issues to improve their experience.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Ask guests to enroll in or use Target Loyalty programs and direct them to applicable fulfillment services.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Wallet, Target App features, and other digital capabilities.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborating with leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience in line with Target policies.
• Provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance guidelines and promptly report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders and DU returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate cash handling and, when needed, supporting cash office operations.
• Comfort with lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; capacity to work in varying temperatures.
