Position Title: Associate

  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service.

  Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.

  Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Proven retail or similar experience with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Set weekly availability with a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
• Clear spoken English for effective customer communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and read sales reports.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing (approximately four to 14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
• May be required to climb ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; higher weights may be required in certain circumstances.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.

Compensation: Store Associate pay range: $11.13 - $15.00 per hour. This role is eligible for the company 401K plan.
