Purpose
Provide support within the fast‑paced events & retail marketing teams. Focus on interacting with prospective customers, planning, executing, tracking, and fulfilling marketing materials. Coordinate showroom schedules and drive traffic to Renewal by Andersen showroom locations.
Position Responsibilities- Provide key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
- Guide customers through conversations to determine how we can help them; follow the Lead Management process to set sales appointments at events, retail stores, showrooms, or RSVP locations.
- Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines, including set‑up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed.
- Deliver a world‑class homeowner experience through clear communication, realistic expectations, and embodiment of Renewal by Andersen’s brand promise.
- Support the Event & Retail department as directed by the manager in various capacities, such as researching and confirming events/retail stores for participation.
- Set up, track, and report on marketing efforts and ensure proper entry into RbA CRM.
- Assist the Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special requests as needed.
- Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time‑dependent activities.
- Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus, and openness to changes in schedules, processes, and team participation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across the region.
- Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated to complete projects with minimal assistance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
$13.88 - $20.82 per hour. Starting rate: $16.50 per hour plus incentives.
