• 5+ years of work experience in the system administration field.
• Proven record and experience of configuring, managing both manual (bare metal) and automated environments, including patching, upgrading and re-configuring.
• Deploy, configure and manage Open Stack environments (manual and automated using Ansible, Fuel, or Kolla).
• Perform upgrades across Open Stack releases. Provision storage backends (Ceph, Cinder volumes) and image repositories.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Linux/Windows servers and systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain operational reliability.
• Experience in managing and optimizing public cloud infrastructure AWS, Azure, GCP; experience in virtualization technologies like VMware, VCF, KVM, Open Shift virtualization, Kubernetes.
• Implement security measures, including hardening, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, HTTP, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise servers and enterprise storage technologies such as Fibre Channel zoning, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, and platforms like Net App, Pure, or Power Store; knowledge of identity/auth systems (LDAP/AD) and storage solutions (LVM, SAN, NFS).
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate with other teams to deploy and support applications and infrastructure; experience with automation tools AWX, Ansible, Shell scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, Certified Open Stack Administrator (COA).
• Proficiency in Dev Ops tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows, perform data‑driven tasks.

• $60.00 to $68.97 per hour.
