NotesThis is a hands‑on Senior Salesforce Developer role with some light admin skills for someone who knows the Salesforce platform inside and out. Perfect candidate would be a person that started as an SF admin and has 4+ years of solid development experience. This will be the most senior dev person on this 4‑person team. This person will assist their SF admins and be the voice of reason for how to do development (APEX and Lightening).
Configure and update Lightning, create custom apps and components (using things like Flows, LWC, Apex), and make sure Salesforce integrates well with other systems through APIs. They’ll also work directly with end users, gathering requirements, fixing issues, and training teams so the system is easy to use and delivers real value.
On top of that, this person needs to be comfortable wearing many hats—data cleanup, portal development, system security, reporting, and mentoring junior team members. It’s a senior‑level role where you’re trusted to solve problems independently, juggle multiple projects, and keep Salesforce aligned with business goals. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a huge plus since the company is looking to evolve its data capabilities.

This role blends deep development expertise with hands‑on development skills to design scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive system adoption across departments.
