We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets.

• Reconciling credit card and bank statements
• Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries
• Preparing accounts payable invoices
• Making payments promptly
• Preparing sales and use tax returns
• Providing support for audits
• Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues
• Preparing expense reports

• Education in accounting and /or extensive experience, finance, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
