• Accurately and efficiently install heating and air equipment in residential homes.
• Run a job from start to finish.
• Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install a wide range of duct fittings and ducts, and wire both indoor and outdoor units.
• Deliver consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Nate certification, preferred.
• Great communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, values high‑integrity, and a competitive spirit.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
