Assistant Store Manager – Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween

Hourly rate: $15.73 – $15.98 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
