Job Description
Seeking office coordinator / project manager to work directly with the president of the company to manage day‑to‑day office operations. Looking for a self‑motivated individual experienced with project management.
Responsibilities- Maintain corporate bank account, bill paying, deposit customer payments, monitoring and reconciling.
- Stock inventory and order materials.
- Hire, schedule and calculate payments for subcontractors.
- High School Diploma;
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred. - Experience in the construction industry.
- 2+ years Quick Books experience.
- 2+ years project management experience.
- 1+ year accounts payable/receivable experience.
- 2+ years customer service experience.
