Position Highlights

• Director of Electrophysiology at Warren Campus
• Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m.
• Call schedule is shared with the other EP physician within the practice
• There is built-in volume and well-established referral patterns with an opportunity to grow your own panel of patients
• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.

• Inpatient rounding is at Henry Ford St. John Hospital, Henry Ford Warren Hospital and one other near-by hospital during the week of call.
• The APP rounds independently at Henry Ford St. John Hospital.
• Clinical procedures include devices and ablations.
• Device implants include pacemakers and defibrillators.
• Procedures include right and left sided ablations.

Henry Ford St. John Hospital was founded in 1952 and is a regional referral teaching hospital. We provide comprehensive accredited training to over 200 resident physicians, 30 fellows, and 56 core medical students in accordance with ACGME requirements. Level I Trauma Center with a Chest Pain Center and Heart Failure Center accreditation. Certified Stroke Center with advanced certification by the Joint Commission.

We specialize in neuro-endovascular treatments for acute stroke. Named a Blue Distinction Center in both cardiovascular and orthopedic care by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. Averaging 28,000 admissions, 3,000 births, 15,000 inpatient/outpatient surgeries and over 105,000 ER visits annually.

• Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Electrophysiology fellowship program
• Board Certification in Cardiology and Cardiology Electrophysiology required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a dedication to clinical excellence
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required
