We recruit Independent Contractors who specialize in delivering lifesaving blood supplies across the nation. We offer elite top‑notch customer service to all our partnerships. As a Customer Support Representative – Recruiter, you will partner closely with our recruiting leaders to support the company’s growth by helping identify, attract, and select the most qualified Independent Contractors for our clients. You’ll play a key role in our process by ensuring smooth candidate experiences and assisting in sourcing top talent to meet evolving operational needs.
Top tier communication skills are an absolute requirement.
- Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to coordinate enrollments, follow‑ups, and candidate contracting.
Elite Level of Customer Service and Support. - Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary screening calls with applicants to assess candidate compatibility with client needs.
- Onboarding Support (Growth Opportunity): Gain experience in reviewing and approving onboarding documents, ensuring compliance, and accuracy.
- Driver Orientation (Growth Opportunity): Assist in orientating newly contracted drivers on SOP policies and procedures.

Collaboration:
Work closely with all departments, especially Dispatch, to understand client/location needs and ensure seamless operations. - Talent Management: Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified drivers to meet operational demands.
- Office Oversight: Support daily office operations, maintain organized records, and contribute to a productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the completion and accuracy of assigned tasks and finished work to ensure quality standards are met.

Hourly Pay$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Requirements- 2 years’ experience in a High Volume – High Quality Customer Service / Support environment with strong system/software experience required.
- 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced and high call volume environment.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Job Boards, and Job Postings).
- Clear, concise, professional, and effective communication skills. A communications background is a huge plus.
- Superb conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
