Hours

This management position follows a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

As our HR and Accounting Manager, you will:

  • Guide employees through benefits and maintain clear policies
  • Support our team with professionalism and care
  • Manage AR/AP with precision
  • Ensure tax reporting is accurate and timely
  • Serve as the central point of communication between departments
  • Keep our team supported, our systems running smoothly, and the company moving forward
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Word, and Excel is preferred
