- Meet with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Present multiple pricing options using Straight-Forward / Flat-Rate Pricing
- Close sales while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
- Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
- Perform visual inspections and basic diagnostics (training provided if needed)
- Accurately prepare estimates for:
Water heaters (tank & tankless), Repipes, Sewer and drain repairs, Fixture replacements, Leak repairs, and system upgrades - Work closely with service technicians and the operations team to ensure job readiness
- Enter estimates, notes, and photos into Service Titan
- Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the brand positively
- 2+ years of plumbing Sales Experience Required.
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Customer-first mindset with high integrity
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Plumbing industry experience (service, estimating, or sales)
