Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs.
- Maintain and organize home displays.
Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour.
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
