Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and ensuring areas are well-presented
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help organize stock room and keep the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
