• Knowledge of Baseball and/or Softball or Sporting Goods Experience
• Previous Retail Experience a plus
• Friendly, Outgoing Enthusiastic Personality
• Strong Work Ethic
• Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude by listening, understanding and responding to customer needs while being committed to world class customer service.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at any given time.
• All new hires must pass background checks and drug test
• Ability to work varied hours/days that align with business needs.
