There is the opportunity to expand earnings with uncapped commissions. Final compensation can vary based on guaranteed base earnings and commission-based earnings per pay period.

• Meet Financial, Operational, Merchandising Goals. Achieve sales, payroll, and shrink goals for the designated location; execute operational and merchandising initiatives and comply with requirements.
• Uphold Brand Standards. Ensure a consistent in-store experience aligned with the AE brand and exceed customer expectations for service, knowledge, and quality of experience. Implement and execute company plans and strategies in the store.
• Hire, Inspire & Retain Team Members. Attract, select, develop, and retain diverse, high-caliber associates. Lead annual and midyear performance reviews.
• Embody the five core Allen Edmonds business competencies. Demonstrate Drive & Motivation, maintain a Solutions-Based Mindset, provide an Engaged Customer Experience, and foster collaboration.
• Essential Functions. Perform other responsibilities as needed to meet business needs.
• Commissioned Sales Earnings. Opportunity to expand earnings with uncapped commissions; compensation varies with hourly earnings plus commission opportunities.

• 2–3 years of retail management experience in a comparable brand environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, regulations, and other documents.
• Ability to present information effectively to store associates and customers.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal teams including Human Resources, Store & Facilities management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems.
• Able to perform register functions and handle cash confidently.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
