As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they entered the store. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model, maintaining a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest product fits to meet their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity, consistently adhering to AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• Love AE & Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
