Location:
Roseville, CA | Salary: $75,000.00-$82,300.00
Role
Summary:
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life and embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values. The RSM serves as a brand ambassador, energizing the team and customers, fostering meaningful connections, and championing device and service solutions.
What you'll do- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
- Maintain the store at its best.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
- Show how our expanding coverage benefits customers in their neighborhood.
- Explain how plans and services let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
- Redefine wireless through device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
- Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge and reference resources.
- Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to the company’s success.
- Provide first‑class customer experience while enjoying a positive workplace.
- Leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills with both team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.

- Wireless sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time availability (45 hours).
