We’re hiring talented coffee and customer service enthusiasts for our new Kiosk opening at the Roseville Galleria in March. Our journey toward instant coffee is grounded in the belief that exceptional coffee can and should be broadly accessible. With a delicious coffee offering, we’ve removed many barriers such as space, bulky equipment, and cumbersome steps. The most important skill sets remain: the attention to detail to make delicious coffee and the spirit of omotenashi when serving our guests.

• Basic math and computer skills
• A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Support your team by performing tasks that keep the cafe or kiosk running smoothly and beautifully, such as cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, organizing condiment stations, and taking out trash
• Create community by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with our guests; inspire teammates to do the same
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors, and suppliers
• Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with various brewing and preparation methods
• Prepare and serve delicious food
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle’s current beverage and food offerings and techniques; cultivate curiosity through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings
• Taste Blue Bottle beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
• Create community at our Kiosk by sharing your knowledge of coffee with guests; inspire teammates to do the same
• Be passionate about the planet and help achieve sustainability goals
• Uphold and follow all health, food safety, and safety guidelines
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment

• Starting at $20.00 per hour + tips averaging approximately $5.00-$9.00 per shift

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; you are on your feet most of the day
• Use of hands to operate machines and the register
• Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach for items
• Ability to lift, push/pull, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces
• Ability to smell and taste to help ensure quality
• Ability to listen and speak with guests to take and fill orders
