School Cook

Overview

Do you have experience in a commercial kitchen? Our Roseville childcare center is now hiring a full-time school cook to make breakfast, lunch, and snack for the children in our school. No nights or weekends!

• Monday-Friday: 6:45am-3:00pm - No nights or weekends!

• Has a current Food Safety certification
• Has basic knowledge of food preparation, food safety and nutrition
• Has basic knowledge and ability to follow food allergy guidelines regarding preparation and serving food
• Possesses strong time management skills, self-directed, and attention to detail
• Can communicate professionally with young children, families, and co-workers

• Must pass the Background Study required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Must have documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must have the physical abilities to perform the job duties

Starting rate: $20 to $21+/hour based on experience and certification.
