Duties

The GM (Restaurant General Manager) is responsible for managing restaurant operations, including inventory management, employee relations, record keeping, staffing, and marketing efforts. The GM is a working manager, actively involved in daily operations and community engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hiring and termination of staff.
• Scheduling employees based on sales forecasts.
• Operating every station successfully.
• Assigning shifts and daily tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing to team efforts and taking on additional tasks as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in restaurant settings (e.g., Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager).
• Strong leadership qualities and work ethic.
• Knowledge of cost control, safety, and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Estimated working hours: 50-60 hours per week.
