• Graduate from our Agent Launch — an 86‑day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time; a seasoned agent closes about 9.3.
• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home. Learn a proven listing presentation, how to be a local expert, market properties, and help your sellers net top dollar.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, make appointments, and convert.
• Conduct three open houses monthly.
• Participate in team activities per team standards, including client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
