Livewell Animal Hospitals are start‑up facilities created in partnership between Mission Pet Health and Founding Veterinarians. Our hospitals are designed to reflect each founder’s vision, not a cookie‑cutter template, delivering concierge‑level, high‑quality individualized care.

Each Livewell location is carefully selected on strong demographic, market, and growth data to give the Founding DVM and hospital the best chance at long‑term success. Roseville offers a strong pet‑owning population, continued economic growth, and a family‑friendly community vibe—ideal for building a loyal client base and an engaged team.

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a passion for high‑quality care and client experience, and an appetite for professional and/or financial growth.

• No negative accrual
• $1 M incentive package aligned with hospital growth, unlimited earning potential

• Partnership and investment with no out‑of‑pocket expenses

Salary range: $150,000–$200,000 per year with an average production percentage of 21–22%.
