Position Summary
RN Case Manager – Responsible for discharge planning in acute care.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
CA license and 2-3 years recent acute care inpatient experience as an RN Case Manager.
Preferred QualificationsKaiser Experience.
Employment DetailsLength of Assignment: 13 weeks.
Shift / Hours per Week:
Days 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM every other weekend; 40 hours.
Systems:
Epic.
Start Date:
1/19/26 (ASAP).
Pay Rate: $1,800.00 – $2,700.00 per month.
