Are you interested in learning to mix and creating handcrafted artisan bread? Nugget Markets is looking for dedicated bakery enthusiasts to join our passionate and talented bakery team. This is a full-time position with shifts that start at 4:00am.

• Mix and prepare hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads each shift
• Prep produce and deli products for bakery items
• Mix and scale ingredients
• Bench dough
• Load carts and racks with product
• Lifting and stacking flour
• Operate all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers, and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
• Assist bakery clerks and provide world-class service to guests as needed

• At least 18 years of age
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Intermediate product knowledge including temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
• Basic understanding of English language and ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage
• Passion for putting out a great product consistently
• Positive attitude is essential
