Associate Executive Director

We create an atmosphere of connection, care, and belonging. We are seeking a seasoned leader in senior housing to train under an accomplished executive director in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial management, including creating and maintaining an annual budget and meeting or exceeding NOI. The role requires a clear vision for the community, including dining, sales, and culture as core elements.

The Associate Executive Director will report to the Campus Executive Director.

• Partner with the Executive Director to lead the community and drive performance.
• Manage financials to develop and maintain an annual budget and work to meet or exceed NOI targets.
• Provide strategic leadership and help shape culture, dining, and sales initiatives within the community.
• Oversee operations in alignment with company goals and standards to ensure resident and associate satisfaction.

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant/Associate ED or ED role
• College Degree
• Excellent Survey History
• Proven track record as a leader
