The hiring range for this opportunity is $28.00 to $31.00 hourly along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for coordinating the activities of the project team. Develops the Project Plan with the team and ensures project business objectives and expectations are clearly defined, and project tasks are identified, scheduled, and completed. Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor. Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates activities of cross-functional team members and third parties/vendors related to projects.
- Assists Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule and on budget by employing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Performs analysis to identify roles and responsibilities on the project and communicate to stakeholders.
- Develops project plans, artifacts, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinates regular meetings for members of the project team to facilitate/solicit progress updates on task assignments.
- Identifies and documents risks/issues, facilitate meetings to correct problems and communicate with all stakeholders regarding resolution.
- Monitors project progress and performance and prepare project status reports on a regular basis.
- Partners as a resource for project team members in issue resolution, interpersonal relations and general guidance on project deliverables.
- High school diploma, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Requires 1 year of banking experience and 1 year of project management experience, preferred.
- CAPM or PMP preferred
- Ability tolead cross-functional teams while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve project issues.
