• Maintain composting equipment, including water trucks, conveyors, and screening systems.
• Perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Conduct basic plumbing tasks to maintain irrigation and leachate systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and mechanical issues on‐site.
• Use basic computer programs to log data, track inventory, and monitor system performance.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining safe work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Experience operating water trucks or similar heavy equipment.
• Basic plumbing knowledge and hands‑on repair experience.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proven ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs+).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Comfortable working in an environment with organic waste and natural odors.

Pay: $21 – $23.
