Experienced Insurance Defense Attorney – Roseville, CA (HYBRID)

Our client is seeking an Experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing team at their headquarters in Roseville, CA on a Hybrid Schedule (3 in office, 2 days WFH).

The firm specializes in defending individuals and companies for a wide range of commercial and insurance clients. Areas of expertise include motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability (including medical devices), and general negligence actions.

• Quarterly Objective Bonus Structure: Any hours over 165 per month are prorated and calculated toward the Quarter Bonus. Many Associates achieve over $10,000 per quarter.
• Healthcare: Firm pays Full Medical and Dental for Employee and 50% of deductible for dependents.
• 401k: With Matching Plans.
• PTO: 80 Hours first 5 years then climbs to 120 hours. 10 sick days plus all Federal Holidays off except Columbus Day.

  1920 Yearly Billable Hours. PTO can be counted as a credit toward billable hours which brings the total down for 1st year attorneys to 1840 Billable Hours

• 5-10+ years of Insurance Defense or Personal injury experience.
• Good job tenure is important. They have multiple individuals at the firm who have been at the firm 10+ years and still going strong.
