Senior Attorney

Overview

3+ years of labor and employment defense experience. Senior attorney capable of handling a busy caseload, working independently, and zealously representing clients both in and out of court. Solid trial or arbitration experience and willingness to mentor newer associates.

• Handle a busy caseload with independence and professional rigor.
• Represent clients zealously in and out of court.
• Provide mentorship to newer associates.

• 3+ years of labor and employment experience, including substantial experience in class action and PAGA cases.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Willing to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• This is an in-person position; must live within commuting distance of the Rocklin office. Dog-friendly offices.

Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000
