This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Insurance Underwriter based in Roseville, CA. The Underwriter will assess and evaluate insurance risks for clients, analyze applications and supporting documentation, and determine appropriate coverage and pricing. Responsibilities also include developing relationships with brokers, reviewing underwriting guidelines, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Knowledge of Policy Development, Coverage Evaluation, and Contractual Agreements
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Building Skills
• Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Decision-Making Abilities
• Proficiency with Insurance Software and Technology Tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty insurance products
• Prior experience in a commercial insurance underwriting capacity is preferred
• Licensing or professional designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus
