CANDIDATES ONLY IN SACRAMENTO, CA ARE PREFERRED.

• Analysis of business requirements, design, coding, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications and reporting systems.

• Minimum 1-2 years of strong COBOL (w/embedded SQL) development experience
• Business Objects experience (nice to have)
• Unix Development environment; some experience with Unix commands and shell scripting desired
• Exceptional communicator with strong client facing consulting profile
• Experience creating and maintaining Business Objects using Deski Reporting, Webi Reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of Unix commands and shell scripting
• Experience in Micro Focus - Net Express preferred
• Knowledge of Welfare system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Team player who can work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow escalation procedures to resolution
