About the opportunity: As part of the Business Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data‑informed decision‑making across our organization. This position is primarily focused on Power

BI development. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations with user‑friendly layouts that clearly communicate insights.

• Develop and maintain actionable business intelligence visualizations: create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Use DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
• Enhance and optimise Power BI features: continuously improve existing Power BI solutions by incorporating user feedback, implementing new functionalities, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Administer the Power BI platform: manage and maintain the Power BI environment at an enterprise level, including user access, security settings, and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high‑quality BI solutions.

• SQL and Python scripting
• Databricks or other data lake platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Superset)
• Advanced features of MS Excel

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of analytics experience in financial analysis, healthcare analytics, healthcare economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years of increasingly complex experience in quantifying, measuring, and analysing financial/performance management metrics.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex measures and calculations.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in SQL.

• 3+ years of healthcare medical economics and/or strong financial analytics background.
• Experience in Databricks (Python, Spark, SQL, etc.).
• Initiate in‑depth analysis of suspect/problem areas and suggest a corrective action plan.
• Apply investigative skill and analytical methods to look behind the numbers, assess business impacts, and make recommendations through healthcare analytics, predictive modelling, etc.
• Experience with industry standard normalisation/reimbursement methodologies (APR‑DRG, MS‑DRG, EAPG, APC).
