Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Overview
Bosch is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resources Representative). This is an on-site full-time regular position. The team member will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent and manage business relationships with internal clients.
Responsibilities- Work closely with department heads regarding recruiting needs.
- Conduct recruitment efforts through full cycle recruiting and obtain internal referrals.
- Write and place position advertisements.
- Schedule/Conduct interviews and manage onboarding.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Build relationships with junior colleges and universities to build a pipeline of candidates. Attend college career fairs to hire talent.
- Maintain human resource information and compile reports.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Assist with driving special projects to completion and other relevant tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting for Engineering, Finance, IT and non-exempt level openings.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Experience in Smart Recruiters desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to staff members.
- Detailed-oriented, accurate, thorough and takes extreme pride in work.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- This role will work on-site in Roseville, CA.
- This position generally works Monday
- Friday, overtime and on call when necessary. - Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
