Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing andHosp implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned with company targets.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
  • Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inducted care activities.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all patient interactions.
  • Support a positive and motivating environment for patients and team members.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
  • COTA certification and relevant state licensure required.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse patients.
  • Ability to monitor and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Strong focus on achieving personal and team performance targets.
  • Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using data to assess treatment effectiveness.
  • Experience with documentation and compliance in healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in patient care.
