• Provide non‑medical care to seniors in their own homes.
• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families.
• Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed.
• Help seniors use the restroom when needed.
• Perform duties as assigned on a personalized senior care service plan.
• Inspire a positive, can‑do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies.
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home.

• Submit to criminal background investigation (20+ years), motor vehicle driving record check, and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Possess PCA, HHA, or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required).
• Possess high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to service the Roseville, CA area.
