Operational Readiness​/Training PM

Overview

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness / Training Project Manager with Epic implementation expertise to support a critical EHR integration project for a major healthcare organization preparing for an August 2026 go-live.

• Manage Epic training and implementation activities with a focus on operational readiness for a healthcare EHR deployment.
• Translate and communicate current state workflows into Epic terminology and processes.
• Support Epic University Led Implementation (EUTS) model and Epic-to-Epic transitions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for the August 2026 go-live.
• Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and work proactively and independently.

• Minimum 3 years of managing Epic training and implementation experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret and apply Epic University language and documentation.
• Experience in operational readiness planning for healthcare EHR implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for translating workflows and requirements into Epic terminology.
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to work proactively and independently.
• Willingness to travel onsite to Roseville, CA as required.
• Ability to work full-time on this engagement with no moonlighting or concurrent projects.
• Epic certification in any application area strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-campus healthcare organizations preferred.
