* Roseville Care Center is seeking a
** passionate and motivated Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
** to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity for a collaborative clinician who enjoys making a meaningful impact on patient independence and quality of life.*  **$45–$50/hour (DOE)**

** Position Summary
** The COTA works under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide
** direct patient care
** in accordance with physician orders and established treatment plans. This role supports rehabilitation goals through therapeutic interventions, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the OT
* Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes per state and payer requirements
* Communicate patient progress and concerns with the OT and interdisciplinary team
* Assist with caregiver and staff education to support continuity of care
* Participate in discharge planning and maintenance programs
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas
* Support restorative programs and in-service education as needed
** Qualifications
* ** Current, active
** COTA license in the State of California
*** Proficiency with electronic documentation systems (Casamba, Point Click Care  preferred)
* Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
* Commitment to ongoing continuing education and best clinical practices
