The hiring range for this opportunity is $22.50 to $25.00 hourly along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Attend instructional classes on SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, Series 66, and California Department of Insurance
• Pass the series SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and California Department of Insurance within a 120 day period

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or commensurate business experience preferred
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple platforms
• Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance, risk management and loss prevention
• Ability to follow policies, regulations, and procedures
• Strong communication skills with integrity and professionalism with clients and partner employees
• High motivation with ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance
• Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide recommendations on products and services to customers.
