• Five+ (5) years of experience in the design of complex roadway, intersection and interchange projects.
• Experience working on public works projects and projects involving the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is desirable.
• The successful applicant(s) will demonstrate the ability to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, criteria along with the application of sound professional judgment.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D) drafting and design.

Licensing as a Professional Engineer in the State of California (or ability to reciprocate) is generally required for the position but may be waived with significant project design experience.
