The US West Region is looking for a Project Manager-Transportation/Bridges to join our GHD’s fast‑growing bridge engineering practice. This position can be located in any of our offices in CA.
Hybrid work model:
In-office collaboration three days a week with flexible arrangements.
- Management & design of exciting transportation projects
- Development of sales & marketing proposals and materials
- Leadership of regional transportation growth strategy
- Project Management:
Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues. - Client & customer management, relationship oversight
- Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, suggest and implement improvements
- Drive a culture of innovation (idea generation, hackathons)
- Design engineering solutions and validation processes
- Analyze, draft, and evaluate engineering standards and specifications
- Develop knowledge management processes and share best practices
- Recommend technical developments to improve quality of software and infrastructure
- Provide professional supervision to support practitioners’ development
- Monitor and review HSE KPIs, take action to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar
- Minimum 10+ years experience
- PE in State of CA required
Salary Range $124,000 – $206,000.
